Provider responsibilities
Providers must submit accurate information, have the right to offer the service, comply with applicable Japanese laws and regulations, and maintain any permits, insurance, or qualifications required for their activity.
Review and publication
Submission does not guarantee publication. Kyoto Wayfinder may request clarification, decline, edit for clarity, hide, or remove a listing. Publication is not a certification, endorsement, or safety guarantee.
Changes and incidents
Providers should promptly tell us about material changes to pricing, availability, location, safety conditions, contact details, or legal status. We may suspend a listing while information is reviewed.
Commercial relationship
Any paid placement, sponsorship, affiliate relationship, or other commercial arrangement must be disclosed and does not change our right to moderate or remove content.
